Job Description
As a Support/Infra Engineer, you are the vital link between the service desk and technical teams, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining a secure, stable IT environment. The role is based on-site in Dessel, with occasional teleworking options.
Core Responsibilities
Service:
Provide second-line support for complex IT issues unresolved by first-line teams.
Day-to-Day Management:
Monitor and maintain networks, servers, and platforms to ensure continuity and security.
Optimization:
Collaborate on proposals and implement configurations to improve the IT environment.

Work effectively in a team or independently, prioritizing structured and flexible execution.

Required Skills
* Expertise in networking (WAN, LAN, VPN, 802.1X, firewall) and system management (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, M365, virtualization, storage).
* Experience with workstations, servers, peripherals, and software installations/upgrades.
* Proficiency in Cybersecurity best practices (e.g., patch management, endpoint security).
* Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for task automation.

* Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
