Job Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Transformation Delivery Expert to drive and execute strategic initiatives aimed at transforming their sales processes and optimizing overall sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales methodologies, technology solutions, and change management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing sales transformations in complex business environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Process Optimization:
o Analyze existing sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
o Design and implement streamlined and efficient sales processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Technology Integration:
o Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge sales technologies and tools to enhance the sales ecosystem.
o Lead the integration of new technologies into existing sales processes.
o Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure optimal utilization of technology solutions.
3. Change Management:
o Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new sales strategies and processes.
o Collaborate with leadership to communicate changes effectively and address any resistance or challenges.
o Monitor and measure the impact of changes on sales performance, making adjustments as needed.
4. Data-Driven Insights:
o Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the sales function.
o Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of sales transformation initiatives.
o Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on sales performance and transformation progress.
5. Training and Development:
o Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams to enhance skills and capabilities.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
o Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of new strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience (X years) leading successful sales transformation initiatives in a similar capacity.
* In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
* Experience in scaling Agile and Lean is a must with content to help shape an agile operating model vision;
* Experience in both Waterfall and Agile hybrid operating models and can play a key role in advising on a company wide strategic transformation;
* Able to lead a team of several transformation consultants;
* Senior strategic engagement needed: Experience at C-level is a requisite;
* Excellent presentation and influencing skills;
* 10 -15 years’ experience in both consulting and financial services in delivering digital programmes;
* Ideal primary location: Brussels however flexibility across Europe / UK for the right candidate;
* Native Dutch OR French AND Fluent English.
