Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* You will take the lead on the commercial part of the job and open as many jobs as possible.
* Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment.
* Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
* Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
* Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
* Focus on the client side.
The Successful Applicant
* 5 years of experience as sales/business development or recruitment experience in contracting/Interim Management.
* You should be excited about talking to customers, engaging with people, and creating a brand for yourself based on excellent customer service, professional delivery, and sound advice and guidance.
* Act as a Business Developer.
* A "Yes I Do" Mindset.
* Fluent in Dutch & English.
