Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Cloud Specialist with 5-7 years of hands-on technical implementation experience, including at least 4 years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of integrating Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing customer experience strategies to ensure seamless integration and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and implement Adobe Experience Platform solutions. Customize solutions to align with business goals, ensuring scalability and security.
2. Integration & Technical Expertise: Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, RTCDP, AJO, and CJA. Ensure seamless API integrations and data flows between platforms.
3. Customer Experience Optimization: Design customer journey workflows and personalized experiences. Analyze user behavior using Adobe Analytics to drive actionable insights.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored Adobe solutions. Align solutions with strategic objectives like customer retention, acquisition, and revenue growth.
5. Training & Enablement: Provide training sessions on Adobe tools and features.
6. Governance & Compliance: Implement governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor and maintain high system performance. Stay updated with Adobe product updates and industry trends. Recommend innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform solutions. Proven experience in integrating Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
3. Technical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
