Let's talk about you Very excited to speak with candidates who have or hold * Minimum a Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's degree) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science and 6+ years of relevant work experience * Minimum 4 years experience with ServiceNow implementation, especially in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management or IT Operations Management * Experience with solutioning and delivering complex enterprise technology implementations * Experience building clear value propositions and relaying the ServiceNow concept in a clear and concise way to meet business needs * Experience identifying and resolving potential trade-offs or conflicts among technical solutions options, and ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts * Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value * Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) * Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as either Dutch or French * Ability work independently and manage multiple task assignments Ideally, you * have experience with general technology implementation and software development lifecycle experience * have experience in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle, Agile Management * obtained certifications in ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management and ITIL * are a certified ITIL V4 practitioner
