Willems Biscuits is looking to strengthen the sales team with an Account Manager Retail, in order to continue their growth path. Willems Biscuits is specialized in private label brands with a focus on Speculoos, Spread, Waffles & Pastries internationally.
You will be responsible for driving the yearly and long-term profitable sales growth of your international private label customers by managing a network of commercial partners globally.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing a robust plan aligned with our Customer Brand Business (CBB) strategy, and creating an annual action plan tailored to meet your customers' needs. You do this in collaboration with the Sales Director.
2. Take the lead in annual negotiations with retail customers.
3. Building and maintaining an effective network within the FMCG market.
4. Managing relationships and contracts, steering us towards our commercial objectives while making smart decisions regarding budget and resources.
5. Analyzing and translating market data, gaining market insights and deliver solid sales forecasts.
6. Acting as a trusted advisor to our Sales Services Manager, overseeing administrative, logistical, and financial tasks.
