In this role, you will be a part of the Total Rewards center of expertise, supporting our Thermo King EMA and Commercial HVAC EMEA strategic business units, across 35 countries in the EMEA region. You will have the opportunity to shape our company's total rewards programs – on both compensation and benefits side, to make a significant impact on employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

This position can be based in one of our major EMEA business locations (Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Germany) with an opportunity for hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
v Compensation:
* Perform research and analysis of external market data and internal pay equity related to compensation change requests, internal pay equity reviews, and other compensation related projects and issues.
* Support with the annual compensation planning and merit reviews for the EMEA region.
* Manage the submission of data to various salary survey providers in the EMEA region.
* Review and update global market reference ranges (MRRs).
* Provide subject matter expertise in total compensation topics to support the attraction and retention of top talent.
v Benefits:
* Support the governance of employee benefit plans within the EMEA region. Collaborate with brokers, local vendors, and local HR to manage the annual renewals of our insured employee benefits.
* Analyze industry trends and benchmarks to develop meaningful benefits packages.
* Assess employee benefits programs to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and enhanced employee satisfaction.
* Support with the implementation of the global wellbeing program initiatives within EMEA region.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* 5+ years of relevant professional experience (ie: Human Resources, Compensation, Financial, Analytical)
* Knowledge or desire to learn local laws/regulations and employment practices required.
* Ability to conduct and interpret complex analyses and data.
* Ability to operate in an international, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Ability to balance competing priorities.
* Effective communication skills, and focus on delivering positive customer experience
