Job Description:
In the jUMP project, the SAP STRM & IM Consultant focuses on analyzing and optimizing SAP Stock Room Management (STRM) and Inventory Management (IM) solutions. Key aspects include:
* End-to-end analysis with business stakeholders to define transition approaches from ECC to S4.
* Determining whether to retain or adjust processes and templates.
* Collaborating with a Junior Consultant in China for guidance and coaching.
In addition to project work, the team handles:
* Large change requests.
* Mini projects.
* Support activities (occasionally).
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
* Project Analysis: Conduct end-to-end analysis with businesses for ECC to S4 transition strategies.
* Configuration & Customization: Tailor SAP STRM & IM modules to client-specific requirements, aligned with the Client template.
* Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance STRM & IM processes.
* Workshops & Training: Lead/support training sessions and workshops with the team.
* Documentation: Maintain SAP STRM & IM technical specifications using BPMN, UML, PowerPoint, etc.
* Testing & Validation: Perform system testing and ensure high performance.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Translate business needs into technical specifications.
* Support Roles: Address tickets and change requests during project downtime.
* Guidance & Coaching: Mentor and guide a Junior Consultant based in China.
Technical Profile Requirements
* SAP STRM & IM: functional experience and basic technical expertise.
* Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP STRM, IM, and integration with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP EWM.
* Project Processes: Strong experience with end-to-end processes in projects.
* Side-car EWM: Knowledge of its integration with ECC is advantageous.
* Debugging Skills: Highly preferred.
Non-Technical Profile Requirements

* Customer-facing mindset, sensitive to cultural differences.
* Strong collaboration with business units and IS teams, fostering a "one team" approach.
Methodology/Certification Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Certifications: SAP certifications are a bonus.
