We're looking for a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer (Medior).
Tasks
You’ll be at the heart of our immense Artificial Intelligence ambitions, experimenting with ML-driven features, and building something that the world has never seen before.
You’ll be working closely with the CTO and an ambitious engineering team on all of Trickle's AI platforms, including our own Multi-Agent Artificial Intelligence system.
Think of this position as the central AI role within the team, guiding the newbies and shaping the product roadmap together with the engineering team, CTO, Product Manager, and the CEO.
Requirements
Must haves
* Hands-on experience setting up and building Machine learning systems, preferably on Google's platforms using Python and tools like Tensorflow
* A general interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
* A willingness to switch roles between Master ML Engineer and coach to the rest of the team
* A self-starter attitude - proactive, results-oriented, and unafraid to ask questions or seek help when needed, capable of offering the same to others
* The ability to bring flair and design sensibility into your work - making sure we don't bankrupt ourselves running models would be nice
* A sense of humor - this is really important
Nice to haves
* A bachelor or master degree in computer science, specifically in a ML related field
* A decent knowledge of Tensorflow, Python, general best code practices, and integrating AI systems with traditional code bases through service-oriented communication patterns
* We'd prefer hiring on an employee basis, no freelancers at this time

* Great communication skills

* A very good understanding of English, and able to conversationally speak Dutch
* A passion for innovation, technology, and building something that will shape the future
* Capable of coaching a small team of juniors (and perhaps interns)
* Capable of explaining complex systems to non-techies
