As part of our ongoing transformation, we are looking for a dynamic new team member to contribute for coordinating the good execution of all open Customer projects related to Offshore Wind Farm business.
GETTING A FLYING START
As Project Execution Manager for Offshore Wind Farm Business, you will be in charge to coordinate from A to Z the good execution of all open Customer projects related to 72kV power accessories range.
You will be the point of contact for the customer concerning the status of order execution, working in close collaboration with our plants and with the customer service, R&D, production, supply chain, purchasing and quality departments. You will act as the interface between Business organization and the customer during the execution stage of the project means after the PO / LOI is received until the project is delivered.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Project management:
1. In charge of the organization of the kick-off meeting of the project to ensure all projects requirements are fully shared within all stakeholders
2. Build and coordinate the project execution planning including milestones, deliverables and responsible persons in each department with the ultimate target to deliver the project according to agreed customer requirements
3. Build a structured risk assessment document with all internal stakeholders and coordinate the follow-up of all related action plans to mitigate the risk from the beginning of the project until its delivery
4. Put in place all necessary KPIs / dashboard to follow-up and quantify the manufacturing progress if needed
5. Solve problems in collaboration with production/supply chain managers as they occur and coordinate corrective actions
6. Create a collaborative, innovative and efficient working and customer oriented culture
7. Ensure the follow-up of the project after delivery and coordinate the management of any possible claims received from the customer
Customer interface:
8. Interface towards client for client plants visits (FAT, Audit)
9. Organizes official communication, monthly reports to client
10. Prepare and coordinate the client visits and / or audit with the plants when required
11. Fosters a trustworthy and open climate with customers
Reporting:
12. Management of the project planning including action plans to recover (if needed)
13. In charge of project risk assessment and follow-up (including costs deviations, risk of supply, …)
14. Delivery of the project according to agreed customer requirements
15. Structured follow-up of clients visits
16. Structured project management with risk mitigation follow-up

17. Engineering degree with a first experience in project management or technical development
18. Customer & market oriented
19. Languages: good knowledge of English
20. Strong analytical skills, structured, problem solver and solution provider
