Fashion Agent Opportunity
As a Fashion Agent, you will be the driving force behind expanding our brand's reach. This dynamic role requires strong relationships and sales skills to represent our values and vision while fostering partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, within assigned territories.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they meet sales goals.
* Act as the main point of contact between the fashion brand and clients, addressing concerns and negotiating contracts.
* Develop market strategies to expand the brand's presence in new regions.
* Conduct research on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
* Meet sales targets and KPIs by negotiating orders, pricing, and delivery timelines.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, fashion events, and sales meetings to generate leads and build brand awareness.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
* Support clients with the ordering process and product selection to optimize their inventory.
* Maintain regular communication with the brand's headquarters, providing feedback on client needs, market conditions, and sales performance.
* Prepare and present sales reports and market feedback to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
* Proven sales or wholesale experience within the fashion industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and market dynamics.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
* Understanding of order processes and client management tools (CRM systems).
* Bonus points for experience working with luxury fashion brands or high-end retail partners, as well as international contacts within the wholesale space, retailers, boutiques, and buyers.
