He/She will be developing and executing a local BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of the new business development team.The Business Development Senior Manager be owning and developing the GTM & Key Target plans and strategies that will form the basis for value driven sales growth - plan to include:Analysis of strengths & weaknesses of current business within different verticals.Competitive analysis/strategy for penetration of new accounts/logos within Belgium.To be successful in this role you must have:Strong experience in BPO/Outsourcing.5yrs+ experience of selling complex solutions.Highly skilled at developing a network of prospects.Proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities.Hunting background/Mindset.Demonstrable background in developing go to market strategies.Proven ability to manage Internal/external Stakeholders.Ability to work in cross-cultural environment and forge a relationship network across multi-discipline groups and occasionally third parties.This is a key role in TP Belgium - you will be accountable for driving the strategy of increasing our footprint within Belgium.
