Responsibilities:
1. Proactively monitor systems and infrastructure in scope (from network and infrastructure components, voice communication systems to mission critical systems).
2. Managing alerts raised by monitoring systems according to internal procedures.
3. Report, document and follow up incidents/tasks in the appropriate tools.
4. Perform scheduled health checks of IT components, scheduled contingency tests and disaster recovery exercises.
5. Review technical documentation and contribute to the on-going improvement of the working procedures.
6. Work autonomously in shifts in a 24*7 environment (shift rotation, on call, etc.)

8. 1+ year of experience in Networking specific Support (focus on Monitoring activities).
9. Good knowledge of network topologies (LAN/WAN) and operating experience in TCP.
10. Experience with networking monitoring tools and ability to efficiently troubleshoot monitoring alerts and identify root causes.
11. Good knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows.
12. Experience with Ticketing Tools and standard Office applications.
13. Good understanding of infrastructure support.
14. Ability to strictly follow operating procedures and manuals, strong sense of customer service.
15. Ability to read, write and speak English is mandatory.
16. Ability to work in a shift work environment. Flexibility to cover shift changes with short notice.
