They are looking to expand and build out their sales team and are in needed of an experienced sales professional with a strategic mindset and hunter mentality. This is individual will be responsible for both Belgium and Netherlands. Our client is searching for someone with a unique blend of scientific expertise and commercial acumen, therefore it''s essential that you will possess a BSc minimum in a relevant discipline (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry etc.) as well as a proven track record in business development / customer acquisition. Role responsibilities: Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify key stakeholders and decision makers within speciality clinics and hospitals. Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers through regular communication and engagement activities. Provide product education and support to end customers, ensuring a deep understanding of my clients products and its value proposition. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing and R&D to develop and implement effective commercial strategies. Utilise CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate accurate forecasts. Role requirements: BSc minimum in a scientific discipline is essential. 8+ years'' minimum of relevant industry experience generated within the Life Sciences industry (Diagnostics, Immunology etc.). Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Results driven.
