We are seeking a dynamic Financial & Administrative Manager for a growing SME in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our small team of around ten people, you will be a versatile and agile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
* Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including executing payments to suppliers and preparing year-end closings with support from a chartered accountant.
* Provide regular reporting to the company's Board of Directors and prepare for the yearly general assembly.
* Create and send invoices to clients, handle HR & Payroll tasks such as generating new contracts, managing sick leaves and holidays, and booking and paying salaries.
* Perform specific tasks related to the company's daily activities, including updating prices, handling transport and logistics.
About You
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent and possess fluency in Dutch and English, with French being an asset. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an SME, you appreciate working in a small, cohesive team and are adept at juggling multiple responsibilities and tasks.
