At Luzmo, we’re on a mission to empower software companies with embedded analytics that their customers will love. As we aim to scale towards building a €10M+ company in the next two years, we’re seeking a RevOps & GTM Growth Specialist to fortify our go-to-market strategy.
This role is versatile and may attract candidates from various backgrounds, including RevOps, marketing operations, or CRM. You might even be a developer passionate about automation and process optimization. What’s essential is your curiosity, ownership mindset, and desire to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot Ownership & Optimization
* Take complete ownership of our HubSpot CRM to enhance its functionality.
* Simplify and restructure existing workflows, lead scoring, data enrichment, integrations, and data hygiene.
* Manage platform security settings to ensure seamless operations.
2. Tech Stack Expansion & Integration
* Optimize and integrate third-party tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Dealfront, Clari, Streamyard).
* Build automations with tools like Zapier, N8N, or Cargo to streamline marketing and sales processes.
3. Reporting & Analytics
* Collaborate with the go-to-market team to deliver precise, actionable reports.
* Use Luzmo to create dashboards and visualizations via our own connector.
4. Demand Generation Support
* Develop hyper-targeted lead lists and enhance segmentation.
* Identify buying intent and surface valuable signals.
* Construct and maintain outbound flows using tools like Lemlist or Outreach.
* Support performance marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2–5 years in RevOps, marketing operations, CRM strategy, or a related field.
* HubSpot Expertise: Deep working knowledge of HubSpot is essential.
* Analytical Mindset: Passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
* Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English.
* Availability: Willingness to work from our Leuven office a few days a week.
Bonus Points
* Experience in B2B SaaS.
* Familiarity with APIs, basic scripting, or automation tools.
* Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and attribution models.
