Your Mission
You will be responsible for ensuring consumer needs and expectations are translated into actionable insights shaping future product innovations. This involves working cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and innovation teams across different regions, collaborating on projects to support product and packaging innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive consumer research strategies to inform product development.
* Lead concept testing, product testing (MVP, prototypes), and claim testing initiatives.
* Provide actionable insights to guide technical and marketing decisions through thorough data analysis.
* Promote collaboration between internal teams (R&D, Data Scientists, Marketing) and external partners (agencies, suppliers).
* Support competitive intelligence and market analysis efforts across key regions.
* Train and support regional teams on research methodologies and tools.
* Stay current with the latest scientific trends in consumer psychology, sensory science, data analytics, and behavioral research.
