Who we are:
Carbon Free Europe is a transatlantic climate initiative galvanising support for an ambitious decarbonisation agenda that includes every carbon free technology, including renewables, carbon capture and storage, and nuclear energy. CFE emerged from Third Ways Climate and Energy programme in the US, where it has a long history of chioning clean energy policy to ensure a clean, reliable, secure, and affordable energy system. In Europe, CFE aims to ensure credible decarbonisation trajectories for the EU and Member States to reach net zero by 2050, in part by helping shape an industrial strategy that ensures EU competitiveness in clean energy manufacturing and expands opportunity for transatlantic cooperation.

They will also represent CFE on a regular basis with key stakeholders, including engaging with the media and expanding our collaboration with likeminded NGOs, academics, and experts.
