We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end IT service operations for a high-level NATO project. This role will ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement across mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring of service levels, incidents, and problems
* Oversight of service transition, performance, and compliance
* Management of budgets, outsourcing, and vendor relations
* Leadership of service reviews and customer interactions
* Supporting the team and deputizing senior staff as needed
Your Background:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in service delivery (or 10+ years without a degree)
* Strong experience with IT infrastructure, collaboration tools, and vendor management
* ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required), Prince2 preferred
* Experience working in a NATO or international environment is an asset
