Job Description
Your tasks include:
* As a Service Technician, you are responsible for following up on all technical interventions at our customers' facilities, primarily breweries and bottlers in the Belgian and Northern French markets.
* After intensive training in Belgium and Germany, you will gain insight into our machine park and various types of installations, joining a team that handles daily repair and maintenance work as well as the installation of new equipment on production lines.
* You carry out maintenance and repair works, troubleshoot installations of processing, filling, packaging machines, and prepare administrative reports. You think critically to find the right solution and provide technical recommendations or training to customers when necessary.
* You receive customer requests through our planning department, who schedule appointments for you.
* You can rely on the knowledge of experienced colleague technicians for support.
Your Profile
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Sciences, Electricity, Mechanics, Electronics, or Electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
* Relevant technical maintenance experience in an industrial environment is highly valued.
* A strong technical curiosity and a willingness to explore the world of industrial maintenance with a market leader.
* You are a well-organized problem-solver and efficient communicator who can think critically to offer customer-oriented solutions.
* You work independently, managing multiple customer sites daily, and are comfortable traveling.
* You are open to learning new technical skills during our training programs in Belgium and Germany.
* You speak at least two of the three languages (Dutch, French, English) fluently, and/or are able to reach an acceptable level in the third language within a few months.
