* Education: Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, industrial, or related field).
* Languages: Fluent in Dutch; English is an asset.
* Technical Skills: Construction materials (Metals, Cement, concete..)
* Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials, suppliers, and best practices.
