Job Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the executive team.
* Work closely with the executive team, clients, and other partners, managing the flow of information with accuracy.
* Schedule meetings, contribute to their preparation, and record minutes during the meetings.
* Collect and organize data for documents to be reviewed by the executives, higher officials, and the board of directors.
* Supervise the work of all employees.
* Prepare progress reports and present them to the authorities.
* Make arrangements for office supply inventories.
* Research information for composing emails, memos, and presentations for internal and external communication.
* Manage the office filing system and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Oversee complex administrative work that requires independent attention.
* Handle accommodation and travel arrangements and prepare travel expense reports.
Job Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in executive roles and as an assistant.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work without constant guidance.
* Ability to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other essential office equipment.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
