Description
* Management of wage garnishment files: Processing of garnishment documents, communication with the parties involved (bailiffs, lawyers, employees) and management of payments in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
* Administrative and accounting support: Assist the accounting and HR departments in processing invoices, billing, monitoring payments, and checking accounting documents.
* Follow-up of bonuses and year-end bonuses: Coordination of the administrative management of bonuses, including the collection and verification of information required for payments (notably for over 30,000 workers).
* Training and events management: In charge of the administrative follow-up of in-house training courses and events, managing registrations, attendance certificates, test marking and invoicing.
Cross-functional support: You will occasionally be asked to perform administrative support tasks for other departments as required.
Profile
* You have an excellent command of Dutch and French (spoken), as well as an intermediate level of English.
* You are able to work independently and in a structured way, and are rigorous.
* You have good planning and organizational skills.
* You're spontaneous and friendly. Politeness and kindness are part of your personality.
* You have good communication skills.
* You have a good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* You're comfortable with new IT tools.
