Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control matters.
* Assisting with foreign direct investment screenings and regulatory filings.
* Supporting cartel and antitrust investigations, including abuse of dominance cases.
* Conducting legal research and preparing high-quality memoranda and submissions.
* Collaborating with colleagues across global offices on cross-border competition issues.
Key Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in competition law, ideally gained at a top law firm or competition authority.
* Strong knowledge of EU competition law, particularly in merger control and foreign direct investment.
* Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
* Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an asset.
