Senior Business Analyst (M365)Shape the future of digital workplace solutions in a dynamic and innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate executive-level needs into actionable initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture during the Think phase.Convert strategic changes into projects, analyze their impacts, and define high-level IT requirements for further detailing by functional analysts.Manage projects, ensure requirements translate into technical solutions, and support testing, change management, and SLA/OLA drafting during the Build phase.Acquire technical knowledge of applications in your domain, contribute to the evolution of enterprise architecture, and promote best practices during the Run phase.Mentor analysts and stay updated on ICT trends and advancements.RequirementsMasters degree or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.Expertise in ICT analysis methods and business-critical processes.Experience in Service Desk ICT, request management, M365/O365 solutions, and workplace solutions.Knowledge of workflow management (ServiceNow) and identity and access management (SailPoint IdentityNow).Strategic and conceptual thinking with a keen eye for opportunities.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.Pragmatic, proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.Motivating leadership skills.Proficient in Dutch or French, with a good passive understanding of the other national language and a strong command of English.
