Today we have a team of 1,250 employees working in our Belgian offices spread over three locations.To support our Talent Acquisition team in Belgium, we are seeking a dynamic and inspiring “visioneer” to join us.As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join a motivated team of HR professionals who are passionate about attracting, welcoming, and developing talent at Barco. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with initiatives such as campus recruitment, employer branding, and HR-related projects. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from intake with the hiring manager to the creation of offers and contracts. You will be part of an international team and report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.Key responsibilities:Identify Staffing Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers and the business to understand and anticipate staffing requirements.Source Candidates: Utilize various recruiting platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to find potential candidates.Focus on an excellent “candidate experience” throughout the process and make proposals to continuously improve this.Screen Applicants: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.Your profile:At least 3 years experience in selection and recruitment of white-collar profiles, preferably in an international context.Excellent knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and optimal recruitment marketing strategies to attract the right candidates.A professional and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish and propose improvements for team functioning.Strong connection skills with different stakeholders both internally and externally, demonstrating necessary discretion.Self-starter, results-oriented, and passionate about your job.Fluent in both English & Dutch.Let's "wow" you with:A variety of in-house trainings at our Barco University for continuous professional growth.A healthy working environment with interesting workshops and sports activities.The opportunity to work for an international market leader where innovation matters.We are committed to building a culture where everyone - regardless of their background, age, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability - can work, grow, and thrive.Please apply with motivation and resume.
