Job Description
Managing day-to-day operations of data center technicians and supervisors, including task allocation, follow-up, and coaching for professional development.
Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards, and implementing improvement measures following incidents or audits.
Drafting, implementing, and managing work procedures and technical instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
Creating and managing project schedules, aligning staff, equipment, and budgets, and resolving potential bottlenecks in consultation with other departments.
Acting as a point of contact for technical questions and facilitating efficient problem-solving within the team.
Monitoring project progress and results, reporting to management, and focusing on continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must possess:
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
* Technical education or equivalent experience.
* In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards within a technical environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Multilingualism (Dutch, French, English), customer focus, and attention to detail.
* A flexible and solution-oriented approach.
