JOB PROFILERole descriptionAs a Sales and Marketing Manager in Consumer Health, you will play a key role in driving the growth and market presence of Oystershell's branded portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, you will contribute to both strategic planning and tactical execution across sales and marketing domains, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.You will collaborate in driving innovation and market leadership within Oystershell's Consumer Health division, shaping the trajectory of our brands and delivering value to both consumers and stakeholders. This position requires a hands-on, proactive approach, working in tandem with internal teams and external partners to execute growth strategies.You will monitor and support the marketing & sales strategies and campaigns of our branded distributors within a specific territory. You will contribute to the growth and development of the consumer health business unit by increasing profitable sales, and improving the rate of sales for both existing and new products.As part of the Consumer Health team, you will work towards the shared mission of building leading Consumer Health Brands in their niche category within the pharmacy channel.You will manage the branded business within Europe, primarily focussing on Spain and France. Primary Responsibilities and TasksStrategic Brand Growth and Innovation Support:Contribute to the development of innovative strategies for brand growth, including activation, advertising, communication, and promotion efforts.Support the innovation pipeline by collaborating with cross-functional teams in supply, regulatory, quality, R&D, and sales to identify and implement new product opportunities.Integrated Marketing and Sales Strategy Execution:Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies, actions, and campaigns to drive brand growth and market penetration.Work closely with the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and route-to-market strategies.Brand Promotion and Campaign Coordination:Support the initiation, management, and execution of brand campaigns, visual identity enhancements, public relations activities, and event initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Assist in the development of key visuals, campaign assets, and content plans to support sales and marketing efforts.Key Account Support and Business Development:Contribute to managing key accounts and business development initiatives for branded B2B customers across European countries, focusing on both pharmacy and online channels.Build strong and collaborative relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities and market presence.Sales Growth and Performance Monitoring:Track sales goals, compare performance to objectives, and support the implementation of corrective plans as needed.Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for strategic decisions.Route to Market Strategy and Execution:Assist in the development and execution of route-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with trade marketing, sales managers, and other relevant stakeholders.Help optimize distribution channels, visibility, and rate of sales for both existing and new products across various market segments.Budget Management and Financial Analysis:Support the management of brand budgets, including media, campaign production, promotional budgets, and sales-related expenses.Assist in financial analysis and reporting to evaluate brand performance, sales metrics, and ROI on marketing and sales investments.Market Analysis and Insights:Conduct research and analysis on consumer, category, and market trends, as well as competitive information, to identify growth opportunities.Translate market insights into actionable plans and new business opportunities to increase brand market share and awareness.Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management:Work closely with the customer delight officer and sales teams to optimize customer satisfaction rates and enhance customer relationships.P&L and Pricing Strategy Support:Assist in managing P&L for consumer health brands within Europe, including invoice and rebate management.Support pricing, discount, and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation & experienceBachelor’s or Master's Degree (or equal through proven track record)Proven experience in a similar roleSkillsTrilingual French/Spanish/EnglishMicrosoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams,... have no secrets for you.Affinity with ERP/DMS packages is required.Competencies & expected professional attitudeYou have a mature, positive personality and love challenges.You think out-of-the box.You are passionate.You work in an accurate and structured way.You have a ‘can do’ & hands-on mentality.You respect deadlines and work efficiently.Above all, you are a team player.
