Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing KPMG Belgium’s presence at job fairs and university events. This position requires proactivity, flexibility, and commitment to promoting KPMG Belgium’s brand and values.
You will need to have maturity and professional demeanor, in addition to possessing knowledge or a keen interest in the various domains and services that KPMG Belgium’s offers. In addition, an understanding of our business areas will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
1. Represent KPMG at job fairs and university events across Belgium.
2. Dedicated to proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
3. Assist students in navigating the application process, answering questions about KPMG's recruitment procedures, and providing insights into core competencies sought by the organization.
4. Identifying and engaging potential candidates by reaching out to individuals listed in CV books etc., through telephone calls, with the goal of establishing and maintaining a talent pipeline.
5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for potential candidates.
6. Continuously following up on the sourced data.
7. Pro-actively spotting effective communication channels to various student groups.
8. Deliver on promotion for our KPMG events and making sure our target audience has been informed.
9. Building external relationships through partnerships & sponsorships.

Skills & Qualifications
10. Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Build and establish positive relationships with students & universities, representing KPMG as an approachable and supportive employer.
13. Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand students' career goals and concerns.
14. Effectively communicate with diverse groups of students, faculty, event organizers, and KPMG business ambassadors.
15. Tailor messaging to engage students and convey the value of KPMG's opportunities, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills .
16. Coordinate multiple tasks and manage priorities to ensure seamless execution of campus events and engagements.
17. Quickly assess and address challenges that arise during events, such as logistical issues, unexpected changes, or student inquiries.
18. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in campus engagement strategies and contribute to innovative solutions.
