* Supervise a team of eight, primarily technical staff, to ensure smooth operations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication.
* Monitor and improve daily workplace experience and facility operations (80% workplace experience, 20% technical oversight).
* Conduct performance evaluations, recruit staff, and mentor team members.
* Manage building operations, including inspections, audits, and adherence to regulations.
* Develop strategic objectives for facilities management, including capital projects and operating budgets.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
