As International Key Account Manager McDonalds you will play a critical role in managing and growing the strategic relationship with McDonald’s worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Key Account Manager to oversee and strengthen our strategic partnership with McDonald's across global markets.
Function
1. Client relationship management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local McDonald's organizations, especially in regions without a local LLBG sales presence.
* Understand and address local customer needs and constraints to facilitate business operations across various countries.
2. Lead existing accounts for Asia-Pasific region
* Serve as the single point of contact for local McDonald's organizations, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
* Collaborate closely with the LLBG local sales teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Commercial leader in international McDonalds team
* Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to keep La Lorraine competitive and responsive to customer demands.
* Lead global pricing strategy and portfolio management, ensuring that best practices are developed and followed across all markets.
Your Profile
* 5+ years’ experience in Global Sales Account management, ideally in a fast-growing business
* Experience in FMCG and/or Global QSR players
* Experience in Asia-Pasific region, understanding cultural differences in collaboration & building businesses
* Strong negotiation skills combined with passion for joint-business-planning vs. hardcore selling
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive sales strategies and decisions
* Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a must, other (Asian) languages are a plus
* Education: Master degree, ideally in areas like Business Administration and/or Economics
