QA & QP Manager - Exciting Opportunity in Puurs, Belgium
Our client offers a unique opportunity to work on an important project involving the introduction of around 10 new products to their broad and diverse portfolio, which includes cosmetics, food supplements, and pharmaceuticals. This exciting role will allow you to utilise your expertise in Quality Assurance and direct people management while contributing to the continuous growth and success of the organisation.
They are currently seeking a highly skilled QA & QP Manager to join their dynamic team based in Puurs, Belgium. In this crucial role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and safety of the products, acting as the Principal QP and Main RP. As the QA Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a talented team of approximately 10 individuals, with 3 direct reports.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of quality strategies to maintain the high standards of product quality and safety.
- Act as the Principal QP, providing guidance and support to team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- QP certified with multiple years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in direct people management, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving quality initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
