Your responsibilities will include Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement a 360- degree marketing plan on a local level, aligned with company goals as well as local strategies. Manage Budget: Allocate and oversee marketing budget. Collaborate with and manage agencies: Supervise and work closely with different stakeholders: PR, event agencies, print, demo & merchandising, etc. Collaborate closely with the local sales team: Understand the market needs and work closely with sales to achieve market goals. Support sales with marketing activities such as merchandising, demonstrations or promotions. Collaborate with other Departments: Work with other teams to align marketing efforts. Manage Campaigns: Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels. Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain uniformity in brand messaging and visuals. Analyze Performance: Track and report on marketing campaign results in collaboration with PR agencies Master degree in Marketing and/or International Business +5 years experience in trade, brand or product marketing Experience working with a premium brand, would be a plus Consumer-oriented mindset and channel and market insight Experience in development and implementation of concepts Fluent in Dutch and English language, French is a plus Cross functional team player Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy Strong analytical and communication skills Effective negotiation skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides Motivated by cooking and home appliance world Experience in Sales, PR & Events and Social Media is a plus Willing to travel to Brussels/Strombeek 1x/week (during onboarding period) Having a driver's license
