Today we are looking for trainees (M/V/X) for our Flexible Generation division in Belgium.
WE ARE OFFERING YOU as Trainee (M/F/X)
A 24-month rotation program during which you will:
1. receive extensive on-the-job field training &coaching by senior experts and field managers in different operational areas
2. gain technical knowledge and hands-on experience by working in the different power plants and wind farms of Engie all over Belgium.
3. develop a broad set of technical and soft skills by being exposed to exciting field assignments
4. have the chance to take on more responsibility by dealing with interesting operational missions and special projects, with a positive impact on people and planet

YOUR PROFILE as Trainee (M/F/X)
10. Bachelor or Master degree in, Electrical, Mechanical or Physical Engineering,
11. Good understanding of the energy sector and the energy transition landscape and you are passionate about developing your career in this business.
12. Hands-on with great interest in operative “in-the-field” assignments
13. You adapt easily to different domains and environments
14. You love to take initiative and to take full responsibility of the projects you manage.
15. You like to work in teams where ideas and knowledge is shared with peers.
16. You speak French/Dutch and are able to work in the other language and in English.
17. You are willing to travel regularly to different ENGIE sites in Belgium
