AGO Mechelen is looking for motivated Warehouse Workers with machine experience (forklift/reach truck/combi truck)
For an international company specializing in construction machinery in Grimbergen, we are looking for motivated warehouse workers. Your main task will be preparing orders using a scanner and a forklift/reach truck/combi truck. The warehouse contains both small and very large items, so you must be physically fit to lift weights up to 25kg.
Your responsibilities include:
- Collecting orders and moving goods.
- Transporting, loading, and unloading goods using a forklift/reach truck/combi truck.
- Ensuring all orders depart on time by working accurately.
Vereisten
- You already have experience as a Warehouse Worker/Order Picker and are eager to further develop your skills in this area. Additionally, you have experience operating a forklift, reach truck, combi truck, etc.
- Experience with the equipment is sufficient; a certificate is not required.
- Your knowledge of Dutch or English is perfect, both spoken and written.
- Teamwork, independence, and a sense of responsibility are values you highly prioritize.
- You can work without issues in alternating shifts, with one week working the early shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) and the next week working the late shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
- Preferably, you have your own transportation since the company is difficult to reach by public transport.
- A clean criminal record is very important.

You will start on a weekly contract basis, but over time, you will receive a permanent contract. A competitive salary is offered, supplemented with meal vouchers, a CAO 90 bonus, and 6 ADV days. Since you work in alternating shifts, you will receive a night shift bonus of 20% per hour.
