Responsibilities :
As an O&SC Manager, you will be at the heart of the company's office and warehouse activities. You will be in continuous contact with suppliers, technicians and customers. The diversity of tasks will offer you a varied job with autonomy in a dynamic work environment.
Among others, your responsibilities will be :
* Warehouse Management: manage storage, material preparation for site works, material pick-up by technicians, cleaning, safety, labour, storage.
* Supply Chain Management: check and manage the warehouse inventory, order missing items, follow up delivery planning, organise the Logistics.
* Building Management: coordinate the building contracts such as cleaning, repair, nuts&ICT, waste, decoration. Ensure limited housekeeping tasks (15 min/day). Purchase of office supplies.
* Organise lodging and site access for the site technicians.
* Manage the New Customer Prequalification Process.
* Leverage our CSR certification to the next level.
* Organise internal and external events.
Profiel
Profile :
* You possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent.
* Proficient in speaking and writing in French & English & Dutch.
* You enjoy managing a wide range of administrative tasks from A to Z autonomously.
* Well organized, rigorous and detail oriented.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* You can prioritize in how you organize and distribute your work.
* You have a good command of MS Office.
