The Human Resources Manager will be part of the Finance Department at Kalytech Consulting. The role is responsible for day-to-day management of HR operations to maximize effective and efficient use of all talent.
Responsibilities
* Payroll: Conducting monthly payroll, maintaining employee database, and preparing reports
* Legal: Ensuring legal compliance of all company rules and policies
* Compensation & Benefits: Operational follow-up and administration of car fleet, insurances, pension plans, FIP, and extra-legal advantages
* Recruitment: Assisting agencies and headhunters with the recruitment process by ensuring accurate job descriptions and salary packages
* Administration: Ensuring day-to-day management of administrative operations, including management and follow-up of the HR mailbox
* Onboarding: Responsible for successful onboarding and offboarding of employees, new hire training organization, and learning development
* Reporting: Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity
Requirements
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in hard HR (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Law & Social Law) and soft HR (Recruitment, Talent Management, Training Management)
* Mastering full scope of hard HR and soft HR
* Able to manage HR projects from A to Z and handle confidential information
* Able to build team morale and promote company culture
* Natural interpersonal and communication skills
