Key responsibilities:
1. Participate in internal project meetings (kick-off & follow-up meetings);
2. In collaboration with the Project Managers and the Safety Advisor, draw up work procedures for the various project sites including health & safety documents setup;
3. Manage and identify manpower needs for site works and maintain the planning up to date;
4. Establish the site planning and follow-up according to the workload;
5. Identify and specify needs of site services (equipment & machinery);
6. Contact various authorities to obtain the necessary work authorisations and site accesses;
7. Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure that the work instructions are correctly and completely transmitted;
8. Follow up and support proactively on construction sites by working closely with site supervisors;
9. Collect the sites documents in order to establish as-built files in close collaboration with Engineering and Project Management;
10. Participate to the weekly EMEA Site Workforce Planning;
11. Stock management of equipment and tools.
Requirements:
12. Post graduate certification or diploma.
13. At least 5 years’ experience in or with heavy industry site work / construction site works.
14. Travelling on work sites across Benelux.
15. MS Office literate.
16. Flexible.

19. Excellent communication skills.
20. Strong team player & flexible mindset.
21. Quality and safety oriented.
22. VOL-VCA certified or willing to be.
23. Fluent NL-FR or NL-EN.
