Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Contract Manager (m/f/x) for a client located in Neder-over-Heembeek.
Our client is a company active in the construction and energy sector.
As Contract Manager (m/f/x) you will have the following responsibilities:
Analysis of risks and contracts
* Analyze contracts, administrative and technical specifications to identify ambiguities, risks and opportunities;
* Provide support in contract negotiations with involved parties.
Follow up the execution of projects
* Follow up the execution of projects and monitor their contractual compliance;
* Guide operational teams in the day-to-day management of projects and their legal needs;
* Provide support in the preparation and follow-up of correspondence (letters, addenda, minutes of meetings) related to the projects;
* Identify deviations from contracts and provide file preparation for claims when necessary.
Miscellaneous legal support
* Provide legal support to operational departments (purchasing, procurement, entity business unit managers);
* Advise branch managements on legal aspects of their operations.
The required profile for the position of Contract Manager (m/f/x) are:
* You have a Master's degree in Law, or are an Industrial or Civil Engineer;
* You have at least 6 years of experience in contract management and/or project management on sites in a technical environment, preferably in the construction sector;
* You are perfectly bilingual (NL/FR), both orally and in writing. Knowledge of English is a plus;
* You have knowledge of public procurement, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), and Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM) contracts, preferably within the construction sector;
* You have strong analytical skills in contract analysis and risk management;
* You are proactive and responsive to project challenges;
* You are a strong negotiator and able to defend the company's interests.
