Follow Global IT Service Management processes (when published), including change, incident, problem, service level, knowledge, and request fulfillment management. Collaborate with IT staff, service providers, and end-users to maintain the company’s core infrastructure. Provide level 2 or 3 support for global core infrastructure issues within defined SLAs and OLAs. Assist in managing and planning capacity for core infrastructure, including storage environments. Work with project teams, providing technical expertise and assisting in task planning and execution. Stay updated on core infrastructure industry standards and best practices, making recommendations for technology roadmap. Implement and monitor security solutions in accordance with company's Information Security Framework.
