At InTouch, were looking for an IT Administrator to help manage our internal IT landscape, provide technical support to employees, and assist with IT security and compliance initiatives. Your Responsibilities Internal IT Support & Operations Act as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals for employees. Manage IT inventory, including procurement and maintenance of hardware and software licenses. Assist in maintaining IT documentation and internal knowledge base. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Set up IT accounts and devices for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Manage access rights and security settings for employees. Ensure proper deactivation of accounts and retrieval of hardware for offboarding employees. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management Maintain and monitor internal IT systems, ensuring operational efficiency. Assist in managing cloud based tools and software solutions. Support remote and hybrid work setups by ensuring secure access to internal systems. IT Security & Compliance Support Assist in implementing IT security policies and best practices. Support the implementation of new ISO 27001 policies but will not be responsible for gaining the certification. Help maintain compliance with GDPR regulations under the guidance of senior team members. Educate employees on IT security best practices. What Were Looking For Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or system administration role. Hands on experience with Windows and macOS environments. Familiarity with network troubleshooting and cloud based applications. Basic knowledge of IT security best practices. Fluent in Dutch and English. Mindset Proactive and eager to learn. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Customer service oriented, with excellent communication skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
