They are internationally active and in Brussels they are located near the European quarter, easily reachable by public transport.Jobomschrijving- Manage the president's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and bookings- Arrange travel and handle expense settlements, providing additional ad hoc support as needed- Organize large meetings and events, including all necessary preparations- Oversee corporate rate contracts with hotels and airlines- Serve as the primary contact for travel agencies, catering companies, and other service providers- Act as a backup for the administrative assistant, assisting with visitor reception, courier/post handling, office supply orders, and inventory management- Coordinate immigration and relocation logistics for expatriates, providing related support as requiredJouw profiel- French or Dutch native level, with excellent English- Previous experience in a similar role in an international environment- Basic IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Flexible and team-work oriented, enjoys contact with peopleVoordelen van de betrekking- Full time job with option to a permanent contract- 1 day of home office per week- Professional growth- Insight into global business operations
