Your daily tasks :
1. Develop a solid commercial relationship with existing and potential clients
2. Proactively look for opportunities within the area
3. Analyze client requests and translate them into a technically correct and commercially attractive proposal after an in-depth cost analysis
4. Intensively collaborate with operational and administrative teams
5. Negotiate contracts with your clients at a high level, in concert with the Commercial Director
6. Translate contract awards towards the internal organization (finance, projects, etc.)
7. Occasional participation on the work floor to ensure that the customers’ requirements are met (focus: safety/quality/productivity)
You report to the Commercial Director who will take care of your personal development
Your profile
8. A minimum bachelor degree with at least 2 years sales experience, experience within a related industry is a plus
9. Excellent in Dutch and English communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), additional languages such as French, German or Spanish are an asset
10. Hands-on mentality, willingness to work on the floor, problem solver, strong negotiator, creative organizer and commercial flair

12. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
13. In possession of a car driver's license
