Job Description
* Advise on HR law, disciplinary measures, and employment termination processes.
* Ensure compliance with legal procedures and company policies.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including unions and public bodies.
* Monitor legal developments and update relevant policies.
* Conduct training on ethics and employment termination.
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 5 years of experience in legal counsel, preferably in HR.
* Strong expertise in employment law and ethics.
* Fluent in Dutch with good French and English skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
