As I2I Lead, you will analyze data from external manufacturing partners to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness. Collaborating with External Manufacturing, Direct Procurement, and Patient Supply teams, youll align efforts with UCBs strategic vision. Key responsibilities include resource allocation, supporting decision making, financial planning (10YP, 3YP), and identifying trends for forward looking insights. Youll manage risks, improve financial maturity, and adopt agile, cross functional approaches using tools like data analytics and AI. The role requires expertise in pharma business models, manufacturing finance, and disciplines like consolidation, tax, and risk management. Based in Belgium, youll engage with stakeholders across Patient Supply, CD&F, Procurement, IT, and more. As a key contributor to the External Manufacturing and I2I Patient Supply Leadership Teams, you will drive strategy, foster collaboration, and elevate organizational effectiveness. What youll do Generate actionable insights and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness across external manufacturing operations. Develop and manage financial plans (10YP, 3YP), budgets, and forecasts to support decision making, ensuring alignment with UCBs strategic vision. Partner with External Manufacturing, Direct Procurement, and Patient Supply stakeholders while engaging with finance, IT, and regulatory teams to optimize outcomes. Identify trends, prioritize risks and opportunities, and support decision making with forward looking insights and high value analyses. Establish benchmarks, improve financial management maturity, and enhance organizational capabilities using tools like data analytics and AI. Build strong partnerships across internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate standards.
