Loxam "Access" specializes in the rental of height equipment. For the “Module” division in Schelle, specialized in the rental of customized modular constructions, we are looking for a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager: You are responsible for managing the branch in Schelle. You not only lead your permanent staff but also supervise subcontractors. You manage your client portfolio, consult with clients, prepare quotations, and close deals. In doing so, you monitor the costs and technical feasibility of the projects. You strive for optimal lead times and production planning. You coordinate the design, transport, and assembly processes of the buildings. You ensure safety within the branch. You handle the complete financial and administrative management of the branch. You report to the Technical Director. You have extensive experience, preferably in (kitchen) construction. You are a charismatic people manager who succeeds in motivating and inspiring your employees. You have an affinity for the technical services provided by Loxam. You are administratively and organizationally strong, combining a helicopter view with a hands-on mentality. You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good command of English.
