We are seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team, who shares our genuine interest in people and their passions.
The ideal candidate is a natural talent hunter with a proven track record in recruitment. As part of the Expertum team, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, while communicating effectively with various stakeholders internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top consultants.
* Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with our team.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team members.
* Collaborate with other HR projects in Employer Branding, Learning & Development, and more.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; an IT/SAP background is highly valued.
* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to understand candidates' motivations and ambitions.
* Possess a quality-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and out-of-the-box thinking.
* Show adaptability in managing change and prioritizing tasks.
* Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is an asset.
