Your Mission: Build and Grow a Robust Network of Resellers, Distributors, and Partners
As a Partnership Manager for Europe, your role is to identify, onboard, and develop relationships with resellers, distributors, and partners who can amplify InTouch’s impact. Your focus will be on establishing win-win agreements, integrating our solutions into their offerings, and ensuring clear KPIs for mutual success.
Here’s how you’ll achieve success:
Identify and Onboard Strategic Resellers, Distributors, and Partners
* Source and recruit Added Value Resellers, distributors, and strategic partners who align with InTouch’s mission.
* Build relationships with organisations that complement our curbside management and speed enforcement software, including parking solution providers, SaaS mobility players, ALPR/speed camera hardware distributors, and urban planning specialists.
Communicate Value and Foster Alignment
* Convince resellers, distributors, and partners of the value and impact of our solutions, highlighting the benefits for both their business and their end clients.
* Accelerate your resellers success in order to drive faster revenue growth
* Work collaboratively to integrate our software into their offerings in a seamless and scalable way.
Co-Develop Incentive Models
* Design incentive structures that motivate and reward resellers, distributors, and partners while ensuring sustainable, long-term growth.
* Ensure alignment by creating clear, performance-based agreements with defined KPIs to track success.
Support Resellers, Distributors, and Partners for Mutual Success
* Provide resellers, distributors, and partners with the tools, sales collateral, knowledge, training, technical guidance they need to effectively sell and implement our solutions.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings to build trust, address challenges, and create tailored strategies that resonate with their target markets.
Drive Growth and Impact
* Collaborate with resellers, distributors, and partners to identify upselling opportunities, renew contracts, and expand into new regions or verticals.
* Continuously refine partnership strategies to deliver measurable value for all stakeholders.
Key Skills and Attributes
* Partnership Development Expertise: Proven ability to recruit and manage Added Value Resellers, distributors, and partners, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial relationships and Increase time to value for resellers
* Public Sector or B2G Knowledge: Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the public sector, particularly within municipalities and government agencies.
* Commercial Mindset: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and craft win-win agreements.
* Multilingual Communication: Fluent in English and another European language (Dutch/French/German), with the ability to navigate diverse cultural and linguistic landscapes.
* Technical Affinity: Interest in or knowledge of IT solutions, cloud technology, and GDPR compliance, allowing you to engage credibly with resellers, distributors, and partners, as well as public sector stakeholders.
* Autonomy and Results-Driven: Self-starter with a track record of managing projects independently while consistently achieving targets.
