Warehouse Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Evergem.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes, from managing documentation to coordinating schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
* Document Management: Organize and file delivery documents, invoices, and other paperwork from drivers with precision.
* Slot Booking: Manage and schedule loading/unloading slots using our digital booking system to optimize resources.
* Driver Assistance: Serve as the key contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and resolving shipment queries.
* Data Entry: Input and update shipment details accurately in warehouse management systems.
* Communication: Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to confirm schedules and address discrepancies.
* General Support: Assist with additional administrative tasks, such as preparing reports or maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
* Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with data entry or slot booking systems (training provided).
* Warehouse Administration Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent Communication Skills: English language proficiency and basic Dutch skills.
* Independence and Prioritization: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work in a fixed night shift from 21:15 to 05:15.
