Mega is looking for a persuasive and strategic B2B Key Account Manager with a passion for Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Activation!
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial development and long-term success of our most valuable B2B clients in Belgium, with a focus on our energy supply and telecom sectors. You will work directly with our key accounts, ensuring the highest level of service, value, and strategic growth.
The Job
* Develop & Manage Key Accounts: Focus on maintaining and growing a select portfolio of high-value, strategic B2B clients in Belgium by fostering long-term relationships and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.
* Client Engagement & Strategy: Lead strategic, face-to-face visits and meetings with key clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively identifying growth opportunities in both energy and telecom sectors.
* Sales Leadership: Achieve individual and collective objectives related to sales volume, margins, and customer retention by aligning with the strategic goals of key clients and ensuring that services are continuously optimized for them.
* Partnership Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, working closely with internal teams (e.g., Customer Care, Credit & Collection) to address complex issues, mitigate risks, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams to maintain a competitive edge and continuously add value to your key accounts.
* Risk Management & Client Retention: Collaborate with the Credit & Collection team to ensure the financial health of your key accounts, managing both risk and payment terms in a way that preserves strong relationships while maintaining profitability.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside various commercial departments to ensure seamless communication, alignment on client goals, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives for key clients.

Is this job made for you ?
* Education : Bachelor degree (commerce or related field).
* Experience : Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a B2B Key Account Manager in the energy sector or in a startup.
* Language : Fluency in French or Dutch and strong English skills.
* Strong negociation, sales and customer relationship management skills. You love selling and have excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
* You are actions and results-oriented.
* Excellent communication skills.
